Professional Courses

These intensive practical culinary courses, specially designed and hosted by legendary restaurateur Tony May, offer an opportunity for culinary professionals to work and study in Italy. The courses are designed for young culinary students and professionals in the hospitality industry, as well as professional chefs and food enthusiasts who wish to learn more or refresh their knowledge of Italian cuisine. Students will learn the core values of Italian cuisine and have a chance to visit wine and food producers to them students with a better understanding of authentic Italian products.
