maurizio torrigianiChef Maurizio Torrigiani, 40, is currently a professor of Technical Cooking Practices at the Professional Institute of Culinary Arts and Hotel Management “F.Martini” di Montecatini Terme.  He has worked in the kitchens of a variety of four and five-star hotels, including the G.H. Bellavista & Palace  in Montecatini, Villa Parisi (Castiglioncello), Grotta Giusti (Monsummano), and the G.H. Ambasciatori (Montecatini).
