IlarioTaccioli
Chef Ilario Taccioli is currently a professor at the Professional Culinary Arts & Hotel Management School F. Martini in Montecatini Terme. When he’s not teaching he collaborates with the restaurant Osteria La Limonaia. Chef Taccioli received his Culinary Arts degree from the same school in which he teaches today, and furthered his education with a technical restauranteur’s diploma and a SISS teaching certificate.
Chef Taccioli has extensive experience working as chef and commis in hotel kitchens, including those of the Hotel Augustus Forte (Marmi) and the Hotel La Pace (PT).
Notably, Chef Taccioli’s career has also included:
- Participation in promotional culinary reviews of Italian cuisine in Austria, France, Romania, Germany, and Japan.
- Participation in a variety of national and international artistic culinary competitions.
- Won the silver medal at the Cook Olympics in Berlin.
- Participation in cooking courses given by culinary masters Eliseo Tonti, Danilo Freguja and Giorgio Nardelli.
- Counsellor of the Association of Professional Italian Chefs delegated by Montecatini Terme.
- Basic knowledge of English.
