Lorenzo Perrone
Lorenzo Perrone has experience on both the hot and cold sides of the kitchen. He has completed professional courses in culinary and pastry arts and also has a degree in hotel\restaurant management. Chef Perrone has owned and operated a vineria, enoteca, bar, sandwich shop, and restaurant, and has worked as a chef at Hotel Carla in Levanto, Italy.
In 2005 he created and led the tasting group Araldo La Compagnia dei Buongustai, and organized ten experiemental dinners for lovers of great cuisine. He has taught a variety of food-related courses, including Professional Kitchen Theory and Practices, a Master Pastisserie course at ItalCook in Jesi, Italy, and a course for the teachers at the SlowFood Institute on innovative techniques used in the kitchen.

- Responsible for the “Mangialunga” manifestation (www.consorzioocchioblu.it)
- Organized the “Degustibus Tour” (www.saporidilevanto.it)
- Worked with Perugina-Nestle under the chef Roberto Lestani, the World Pastry Chef Champion.
- Collaborated with CittàSlow as head chef at a gala dinner for the European Parliament.
- Chef Perrone has made several television appearances including Porto matto and Fornelli d' Italia, among others.
