July Raffaele Mula
Chef Mula currently works as a chef trainer and consultant for a variety of professional restaurants and food related organizations. He received his diploma in specialized hotel/restaurant service for passenger and merchant ships in 1993 and obtained a degree in Health and Safety Standards in England. Chef Mula began his cooking career aboard the Costa Crociere cruise line.
Chef Mula has extensive experience in professional kitchens, working as executive chef at Tuo e Mio in London from 1993-1999, at Ristorante Castelbarco in Monaco, La Pergola in Zurich, the four-star Hotel Royal Victoria in Varenna, and Ristorante Da Luigi in San Siro (CO).
