Alessandra Buglioli di Monale

chef buglioliAlessandra Buglioli di Monale was born and raised in the kitchen.  While she was growing up, her mother was the chef of the restaurant in the Hotel Castello di Verduno, which Alessandra’s grandfather Battista Burlotto opened in 1953.  Since 2000 she has been the head chef of the restaurant at the Castello di Verduno, and also teaches the culinary courses they offer. 

Alessandra has worked in the kitchens of Helmut Rachinger (Austria), Robert Fredric (Paris), Edward Thuson and Mara Jernigan (Vancouver, CA), among others.
