Massimo Bomprezzi

chef bomprezziChef Massimo Bomprezzi currently teaches Pastisserie and Restaurant Management at Ipssarct Panzini in Senigallia.  He started his culinary career with stages in France, Croatia, Switzerland and Spain, and his love for international cuisine can be seen in the recent projects he’s been involved in—particularly his representation of Italy at the gastronomic festival Tiradentes in Brazil this past August, and his development and teaching of a course based on typical Le Marche cuisine for a group of Japanese culinary students.   

Chef Bomprezzi has extensive experience catering and organizing large banquets, one of which was for the European Parliament in Straßburg.  He is a recognized expert on Le Marche’s fish and meat-based cuisine, and is often called upon by local regional restaurants, culinary schools, and international groups for his expertise in this field.
