chef barbaneraChef Barbanera, 31, of Assisi started his culinary career at the age of 14 and is even more passionate about food today than he was then.  He has a degree in culinary arts from the Professional State Institute of Hotel and Restaurant Services in Assissi.  And furthered his education by obtaining a technical Hotel Activities degree.     

He has worked in some of the greatest restaurants in Italy, including the restaurants “Vissani” di Baschi (TR), “Apollinare” Spoleto (PG), “Parc Hotel ai Capuccini” Gubbio (PG), “Hotel des Bains” di Riccione, “Gran Hotel Riva” Riva del Garda (TN), “Ditta Marcello Testa” Roma, “La Tana del Lupo” Gubbio (PG) and “Il Trigabolo” Argenta (FE).
