chef antoninoChef Antonio Antonino has degrees in culinary arts and hotel restaurant management and has worked in both capacities throughout his career.  Currently a professor at the IPSSAR “F.Martini” Culinary/Hotel Management and Tourism Institute in Montecatini Terme, he has made a point of keeping up with the latest trends in culinary arts, taking advantage of technical new courses designed specifically for college-level culinary arts professors. 

Chef Antonino‘s work experience includes chef positions at the restaurants Tortuga (Florence), il Fortino (LI), La Caravella (SS), and Oliviero (LU), among others.  In addition he has worked at Hotel Il Lago (Lake Garda), Park Hotel “Le Sorgenti”, Hotel Villa Ida, and Grand Hotel Bellavista (Montecatini Terme).
