ICF Partners have one thing in common: a commitment to culinary excellence.
In the U.S., the organization has teamed with some of country’s top culinary institutions on ICF’s Visiting Chef Instructor program. To date, the participating schools include the Atlantic Culinary Academy, the Minnesota College of Culinary Arts, the California School of Culinary Arts, Oregon’s Western Culinary Institute, the College of Culinary Arts Las Vegas, the College of Culinary Arts Miami, the Orlando Culinary Academy, the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, the College of Culinary Arts Atlanta, the San Francisco California Culinary Academy, the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, the Texas Culinary Academy, the Providence (RI) and Charlotte (NC) campuses of Johnson & Wales’ Universities, The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, both Connecticut Culinary Institute campuses, the Italian Culinary Academy at the International Culinary Center and the Culinary Academy of Austin.
The Alba/Barolo International School of Italian Cuisine works closely with ICF to further the mission of the organization. In addition to supplying several of the Visiting Chef Instructors for the U.S. teaching program, the school accepts reduced tuition for U.S. students post-graduate culinary studies.
Our partners in Italy include the Italian Government, The Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Foreign Commerce, Ministry of Tourism (regions), Chamber’s of Commerce and Consortiums.
To ensure U.S. culinary students gain a thorough understanding of the role of ingredients in Italian cuisine, numerous producers and distributors of fine Italian foods graciously donated goods to the Italian Culinary Foundation’s Visiting Chef Instructor program.
